Banana-Oat Smoothie
(MS EveryDay Food)
In a blender combine:
1/4 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 banana, cut into thirds
1/2 c. fat-free milk
2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Puree until smooth. Serve immediately. (Best if REALLY cold)
